Hi, Soledad! Thank You! I am down with a cold right now, so checking replies and uploading is a hit-and-run job before I have to crawl back into the sheets, but I will see to read you Torador-story this week, promise!-- Aislynn

Get better, soon! *points at teddy bear*

Surprisingly enough, someone seems to really have taken a liking to the Toreador-story - considering that it's posted in the Queer As Folk section, it was a bit unexpected, but I'm all the happier about it.

I've put up the Salvador Garcia series (the one that couldn't have been written without your generous help to begin with and that profited so much from your friendly comments on LJ) to the Kindred section. I wonder if they'll ever develop a taste for it - it's too far from the usual TV stuff, and the TV characters barely have an appearance at all. I still love it, though. I hope I'll get to write some more of it one day.

Again, "Gute Besserung", and take care of yourself!

Oh NOOO! Das ist sooo gemein! Arme Elfchen!*kicher*

*grins* But the song seemed so fitting. Since the yare Orcs, I thought they would not come up with something complicated, but adapting *that* song must seem completely natural - and for them,it would also be quite a happy tune.

Ten little Elflings (were) sitting on the wall,
Ten little Elflings sitting sitting on the wall,
And if one little Elflings should accidentally fall,
There'll be nine little Elflings sitting on the wall.

Danke für das Feedback! :)

I can´t help laughing, I am sure the Orcs would react like that. Now I wonder how the other kindreds would do.

Hi, Dis! Thank you! Glad you liked it.

Now I wonder how the other kindreds would do.

Oh, dear! Originally, I had planned on a series of cartoons, actually, but some of the others did not turn out as well, and I have none for Rivendell. I will try to make a few more, but cannot promise they will be ready in time.

Hmmm... would the Dwarves celebrate Yule, I wonder?

Greetings and Cheers!

I believe that Dwarves do celebrate Yule, it is after all a great opportunity to meet family and friends, eat and drink, give presents to each other and have a great time in general.

Most amusing! The look of joy on the orcling's face as he receives his gift is priceless! Now,tell me, who are those two fellows in the cave -- dessert?

Hi! Thank you, I'm glad you liked it!

Well, apparently they are meant to be part of the 'feast' - either as dessert, or as supply kept fresh for the next day...

Greetings and Cheers! -- Aislynn

Yuletime, Orcish Style
I like all your new cartoons, but this one is the most amusing imo. What a wonderful X-mas-tree-decoration!
And the song "Ten little Elflings" is the revenge for "Zehn Orks"? Do you know the song? If not, I need send it to you.

Right what the Orcs would think to be appetizing and special tasties... :)

Actually, from the Orkish POV, it is a song about comfort food. You know, especially tender. As the song about the bottles is a drinking-song for humans.

But I would like to learn abou that other sons. :)

Hi, Lhun_dweller! Thank you for the feedback! I am glad you enjoyed this one!

I hope you're feeling better by now.

Yes, fortunately the cure has worked (staying in bed and an antibioticum where you do not wish to read the indication information, because afterwards you would not take the medizin. But it helped! So, I am back among the working population again, right now.)

That is abosolutely brilliant. I love the decorations on the tree - are they shrunken heads? With glitter on? Please say they are!

Hi! I'm not completely sure there was glitter in Middle Earth, but with that exception - yes, they might well be shrunken heads.Or baby Elf and human skulls...

Glad you liked it!
